Hi! I'm Kym Coco, founder of Swagtail. With a Master's degree in Sports Kinesiology, a 500-hr Yoga Teacher Training certificate under my belt, and over 15 years teaching in the industry, my passion for yoga only continues to grow.
In fact, the latest scientific research about the mind and body continually prove the many benefits that yoga has provided for thousands of years.
Yet with so much information available online, it can be overwhelming to get the facts.

Classes are held the last Thursday of each month from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (U.S. Pacific Time), unless an amended date is posted. You will be notified by email if anything changes.
The monthly calls are hosted on Zoom Webinar Audio. Within 24 hours of each call, you will receive the exact details on how to join the group. There will be a link, should you want to connect via laptop, tablet, desktop computer, or cell phone. A dial-in phone number is also provided should you want to use your cell phone or landline to listen in.
The best part about using Zoom Audio is that you do not need to have a Zoom account to participate. However, we do suggest that if you are going to listen to the calls on your cell phone, that you download the Zoom App. This information is also duplicated in your member’s portal.
No problem. With your membership, you can access each recording in your member’s portal. The videos are uploaded within 7 days of the class.
And, you have additional access to the two most recent episodes in the online library.
You have unique access details that allow you to Login to your Member’s Area anytime. Once you are inside, you can see the additional content available to you.
This includes special yoga classes, worksheets, and meditations.

If you would like to cancel your subscription to Swagtail's Virtual Yoga Studio, simply do so by signing in to your account, navigating to My Profile, then Subscriptions, then Manage Subscription, choose Cancel and proceed.
Once cancelled, your access to recorded calls will be removed and no longer available in your account.
You are welcome to rejoin any time in the future.
